"I love the veterinarian here she's amazing with both my dogs, and very personable"
"Dr Tanaz has been the best for my cat and her staff is so awesome. Both the doctor and the staff always calls and follows up to check on my cat when we have been in. No other veterinary has ever done that. I highly recommend them. ❤️"
"Disappointed to find out there’s a fee to schedule appointments. All customers shouldn’t have to pay for others not showing up. This is a clear sign it’s all about the money at this clinic. She’s a wonderful veterinarian, but from the reviews and this booking fee… I need a new facility."
"She is a good veteran But done got greedy for money. She is allowing her workers to over book. I just waited one hour just for my dog to get weighed in for heart worm pill and when I call it still would be a wait and they say they have no control about that lol It was 11 cars are more out there. I could have came another day. Thats being greedy and wasting ppl time. I’m have to take my 4 doggies elsewhere because every visit gets longer and longer"
"I would definitely not recommend this vet clinic unless you like extra fees and additional charges and inaccurate info on costs. My girl had puppies and I was pressured to bring them in the next day for a “check up” despite every other vet I conferred with telling me that it was completely unnecessary. This check up consisted of waiting in my car for over an hour and then having the vet weigh my puppies (something I had already done at home!) That cost me almost $400 not to mention how inconvenient and detrimental it was for the puppies to not be able to be at home and fed properly by momma. Ridiculous that they would give me inaccurate info just to make money at the expense of the puppies well being! Then I was told to bring them back for more “checkups” every week despite their first vaccines only being able to be given at 6weeks. At this point I’m frustrated and wary and realize the scam operation they are doing. I complained at the $55 per pup exam fee (the weigh in) and I was told that their next appt I would not have to pay another exam fee. So I declined the checkups because they were unnecessary and decided to take them in for their first shots. Every single time I’ve spoken with someone they have given me different prices on how much that will be but this last time they told me it will be almost $1000 and that they would not honor that the doctor previously told me that she wouldn’t charge me another exam fee for puppies!!! Are you kidding me? I immediately told them to cancel my appt and refund me my $50 hold fee. I would not recommend this vet clinic. For $400 dollars all I got was some ear drops for my girl, that I could have paid $5 dollars at any other pet store (it’s the same exact thing, I checked!!) I would suggest going to Paws Humane Vet clinic as it’s more affordable and the work they do rescuing and saving pets lives is something I’m more than willing to contribute to by giving them my business."
