"Not the service I was accustomed to. Dec 20 I made gift purchases and was told that recipients could exchange if needed. Today my 23 year old went in and was told she needed the receipt to make an exchange. The associate she met refused to look up the purchase with my number. When I arrived later another associate kindly looked up my account and accommodated my child. I had to do nothing. It was a waste of my time. When I called customer service I was told the first associate could have done the same thing without me being there. It’s not like there was no record of the transaction. I won’t be frequenting this store in the near future. I don’t take kindly to those that mistreat my offspring and have a total disregard for my time."

"Hibbetts is an great store I loved to shop at for me and my kids but the only thing I'm having problems with is ordering online and dealing with the workers on site I still haven't received my refund for my forces I had purchased online when I returned them back for being to small they were post to refund me my money back on my card"
