Reviews
"the people that work here are NOT helpful at all. Every single time everyone’s just walking around acting like they don’t see you. We wanted to come in for a fitting, waited over an hour and no communication from anyone, no help whatsoever, we left without a fitting. We are going somewhere else and giving them our money. For future, just shop elsewhere or go online. Companies that actually care about their customers."
"I stopped by to buy golf balls and a putter that suited me. Everything you need for golf was stocked, and there were a lot of things on clearance sale. You can buy a putter after trying it out yourself, and various grips are available. The price was a little expensive, but I was satisfied with the shopping."
"Poor review is due to one rude employee at one of the club fitting booths. Had a bad experience a few months ago and decided to give them another chance. Seems to hate his job and everyone be encounters. A shame because the guys at the pro shop? Doing the work are very helpful. I'll be going to Roswell, let me know when the old cranky Asian guy is gone."
"Don’t recommend for new/intermediate golfers. Most of the staff is helpful but the young/middle aged man who appears to be some sort of manager has been incredibly condescending and rude the few times I’ve had questions or have asked for help. Very disappointing because there is a massive amount of gear and options, it just seems as though the management does not value their customers."
"First off thank you Mr James the area manager. Because of you I will be back. Please read! I have been there 2 times. My father a bunch and he still gets treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. My 2 experiences I was wanting to try hitting a couple of clubs to see if I was interested in getting. As I did hit a few the first time the guy who was helping me made me feel rushed and when I was asking questions about the clubhe told me that I am not giving golf lessons. I just made a comment about how I slice all the time. Didn't need a coach. The next time I come in to hit a extended shift to see if extending them would be what I would like to do to the clubs I had just bought. I was directed to the back to the hitting screen. The guy in the hitting screen told me he didn't have a longer shaft. I told the guy up front what he said and another gentleman told me he would help me. He walked me back. This gentleman made me feel important and was happy to help me. I hit a few balls and said thank you sir. He said to me that's all you want to hit. I told him before everyone has made me feel like I was being rushed and or a inconvenience. He gave me his card. His name was James. He turned out to be the area manager. It's because of him I will be back to do business. Thank you Mr James for caring about the customer!"
