"I am writing this review as I sit here in the store. I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I guess even as a military vet the fact that I am also black stood out most as my husband and I were ignored and treated horribly until their one black employee came to help us. He was extremity knowledgeable and nice but the others won't acknowledge you if you are black. I read other comments that stated this and was unsure if they were true myself. I also sat and watched as they ignored Another black man until the one black employee could get to him. Would not return. The older gentleman who cleaned my gun was also helpful."

"Great service. Took two rifles in to get some work and Ames was patient worked on my guns and gave me great service. Staff is super friendly and helpful. As long as you don’t do anything dumb they are great. If you do anything dumb at a shooting range/store you deserved to be yelled at. They run a very safe environment."
