You have to be absolutely, and I mean "ABSOLUTELY" sure of what you are buying, especially via the internet, as you will not get any type of assistance with any product that may be malfunctioning due to manufacturing problems. Dear sir, I am a 55 year old Mechanical Design Engineer who has worked in Sales, Customer Service, Quality Control, Mechanical Design and R&D. If anyone is qualified to review products it would be me. In response, and if you read my original email regarding the product, you will read that I did state the item was malfunctioning and I originally did not ask for a refund, I asked for an exchange. Buying on the Internet is difficult enough as it usually takes quite a bit of time to research some items to adequately find a product you want/need and to find a company to buy it from. I am not in the habit of looking at the Return Policies first of any company as most companies have an adequate return policy to exchange items. However, your company did not and I believe it is a responsibility to adequately inform others of your policy. Again, if you read my original message, I sent Airsoft Atlanta an email within 2 hours of receipt of the product (Monday evening) to note my issues, it took a couple of phone calls to finally get a response by email (Thursday evening) to note your companies policies. I sent another email response, again, noting the problems with the product and request for an exchange. It took you till Saturday morning for you to respond, here on the reviews, to try to insult me by noting "...people like me...", well, it's professional people like me that take honest time try to get items resolved prior to making any honest review. if you would like to properly respond to any additional business concerns, you have my email and my purchase information in you company system to properly respond."

"Came here and purchased a tracer unit for my AEG, it turned out to be defective/lemon and could not get it to work. I returned a week later (due to their storefront only being open on the weekends) to possibly exchange it for another one, they did not have the same model on hand but gladly applied it as store credit for another tracer unit I purchased. The process was painless, very quick and I have to give a shoutout to Billy for his professionalism. Would recommend this store to anyone in the local metro ATL area if they need anything airsoft related."
