"Two problems. Came here to take my daughter to get some shoes for her birthday. 1st the lady working watched us struggle to get the right size off the top rack and would pretend not to see me trying to get her help. Ok fine I found the stick and handled it myself. 2nd the crocs my daughter picked out had a sale tag on them for $37.50 and when I brought that her attention (she was trying to charge me $50) she ripped the sale tag off and said I can’t give that to you or I’ll get in trouble. Hmmm. The ONLY reason we walked out with those crocs was because it’s my daughter’s actual birthday and she found a beautiful pair there. Sorry to say we won’t be back. Do better."

"This store is clean and well stocked. The people who work at this location are extremely helpful and polite. The ONLY reason I gave 4 starts and not 5 is due to hours. The store randomly and almost always closes early due to staff shortages. I understand since the pandemic no one wants to work, however that being said they should change the hours the hours online on the days they will close early."
