"It has been an ordeal of the past couple of months to try to get a refund given that we stayed in several rooms and were charged for four extra nights. Two nights were outrightly wrong because we were charged for the night on the day we already left. Two other nights were prepaid and the reservation was not recognized. We called the staff and the first mistake was admitted by them after 30 minutes of searching the record but the refund did not come. Called again and another false promise. Silence after that. Somehow we finally were able to have it escalated to the manager, and a refund was promised. However eventually we only got three nights of refund. We are still in the process of getting the last night back. I waited until now because I thought they would have helped to resolve the issue by now and I could write a somewhat better review, but disappointingly not."

"Our wedding party stayed two nights for our daughter's wedding in Cedartown. We were comfortable and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The staff was delighted that we were there and were committed to our stay being pleasant. Highly recommend!"

"The room was comfortable and appointed with the basics. While l found the front desk staff delightful. The hotel falls short on amenities. Additionally it lacks an elevator, a pool or a spa. Like the majority of hotel rooms under this brand, quality doesn't seem to extend beyond the sign on the bldg. The throw latch on my room door was barely attached to the door frame, the window curtains needed the attention of the maintenance staff. It seemed as if maintenance wasn't a priority, and if it was fixed it wasn't fixed professionally. Obvious wall patches seemed to be on every wall. The breakfast was disappointing at best. Wasn't impressed..."

"This motel was excellent. Parking was limited as we were hauling a 30 ft trailer. The owner moved a few vehicles to accommodate us. The staff at the check in were amazing. The owner actually showed us our room and asked if we had any concerns. The room was excellent as was breakfast. The owners and staff show a lot of pride in this property. I will definitely stay here again."
