"I've been a Home Depot customer for over 40 years. Over the past few years quality has plummeted. I've had several issues lately and today I bought a pallet of sand. I was charged $25 for the pallet it was sitting on and when I got it home, my truck bed was covered with sand. About 1 out of 5 bags was busted and pouring sand. Last summer I ordered a pallet of flooring and every box had at least one damaged piece. They didn't charge me for that wooden pallet at least. It's 18 extra miles to Lowe's but I think that it might be worth the trip."
"Usually have a good experience when visiting the store. Today my husband and I wanted to purchase 2 security cameras and needed help finding what would work for us. Went to ask for help on 2 occasions and no one came either time. Needless to say we left without making a purchase."

With the remodel on my kitchen, this store has been exceptional at providing the right products along with great customer service! It's great to get the help I need from familiar and friendly faces, along with some new ones; whenever I came in the last few months, I saw the manager on duty, Michael, do amazing at directing the team as well as jumping into assist customers as well, kudos to him! Would definitely recommend if you live in the area!"
