"I've not been there in a while. I stopped by to see what they might have for a newly redone room in my house. I found a cute glass lamp plus several other things. On the way to the car, the lamp broke in the cart. I carried it back in because it never hurts to ask. The manager told me to pick up another or the equivalent in merchandise. I will go here again. She made me a happy customer! Thank you so much!"

"Please someone tell me where I can call to complain about this manager at the Cedartown Dollar General Market location who is pretty much a NO IT ALL. She seriously wouldn’t admit her mistake during a transaction in which I was made to swipe my debit card twice in one purchase.. WOW Things have change when management, and I mean plural, can be so sarcastic in stating “the customer is always right” yet mean nothing by it and in turn intimate that I was lying because they never heard of banks charging you a fee per transaction.. Mind you I had no problem swiping my card but this particular manager was not paying attention at all to me during the check out process and only when I stated that I wasn’t gonna swipe my card again did she then care. I was truly made to feel horrible this visit and I spend a lot of money at this location.. I know people have good and bad days but come on Never talk down to anyone and if you have that problem don’t choose to deal with customers in a customer service/ management profession. There are many people in the world more experience, educated and professional then you are and choose to give others more respect. Thanks for reading!!"
