"The employees were inside chowing down on doughnuts while me and others waited outside in the rain for them to unlock the door. Meanwhile they had a sign on the door that read “having technical difficulties.” I guess that included a doughnut break. SMH!!"

"Went in with my husband on a Sunday almost a month ago now. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! Didn’t find the shoe we wanted in the correct size so employee said they could ship us it to the house little did we know… we were asked to write down our name, email and address to then find out the girl sent it to the wrong address . I then called to see if she could fix that for us and was told that the only option was to go to that house myself and pick it up knowing the crazy world we live in. I asked to speak to the general manager and the girl told me no . They shipped it to the wrong address TWICE even after calling customer service for the 5th time I told them to just send it to the store and I’ll pick it up .Today I finally went to go pick the shoes up and still couldn’t get the shoes because it was only for exchange. Young lady helped me out and gave me the shoes but when I opened the bag it was in horrible condition. Never EVER coming back here !!"

"I came in to buy my daughter some shoes for her winter dance and noticed they were having a bogo sale. I ended up getting two pairs of shoes one for me and hers were free. The cashier was nice and the location was clean and tidy. I’d come back again."
