"The rooms were clean but the layout was goofy. You couldn't sit on the couch and watch the TV. You could also hear people peeing in the rooms around you. That's awkward. Apparently the local government did water work this week so two of my four nights here, because I couldn't leave, had non-refundable tickets, I couldn't have a shower. The free breakfast overall was good but the instant coffee was undrinkable and my standard for good quality isn't Starbucks. It's more like Waffle House. Additionally, housekeeping just throws the trash in the elevator and gets it all at one time. What that meant was I had to ride the elevator and share it with three people and a pile of garbage that smelled like onions."

"Not a good experience. Would not stay again. Had to vacuum when we first got there, you could feel all type if stuff on the floor. The sink had hair on it and it held water, did not drain well. The shower also held water so you were up to your ankles in water while trying to shower. The ice machine didn't work. The pool is NOT HEATED. I called beforehand to check if it was and booked based on them saying it was heated. The room desk tops and suck were dirty and old dirty sheets were on the pull out bed."

"I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had great stays. I love the fireplace and outdoor sitting area. Staff is always super nice and helpful my only complaint is I’ve had to switch rooms because they’re not cleaned properly (seeing other people’s hair on the bed or in the shower grosses me out). When this has occurred staff always switched my room without hesitation and went to clean up the room. Breakfast is usually good but I’ve noticed over the last month the food options have gotten smaller and smaller and the food doesn’t taste great."

"The service was decent. We didn't get our room cleaned till the last day. The elevator, which is supposed to be inspected on the regular, hadn't been inspected since 2021. That is very dangerous! The card even said it expired 2022. It's 2024!!! Breakfast could definitely have been better. When you pushed a little bit on the curtain rod, water came out of the wall!!! I have never seen that in my life. Also, there was a worker walking around on shift in pajamas. If you are fine with pretty big mistakes and taking the stairs, this is the place for you."

"There is an expectation of hotels/motels that include customer service, cleanliness, and "extras". I found staff pleasant to deal with, and the courtesy drink station refreshing as needed. As I frequent many hotels, I have come to see where housekeeping shines or shames. This stay only had 9 hairs of different persons observed. Mostly in restroom shower, and floor, but unfortunately 2 in the bedding. I would encourage the staff to be more diligent of such, and recommend retraining of management to oversee the property more critically. Expectation allows one stray hair. 9 is excessive."
