"I lived in Massachusetts and bought a kayak from them to be shipped. I had to pick the kayak up from the shipping company and when I got it home it was totally dinged and cracked (not their fault). So I contacted them and they were very polite and said they would deal with the shipping company on my behalf to see what I could get refunded. After about a month they said I could ship it back but by this time I just wanted to keep the kayak because fishing season was here and I figured it was all cosmetic damage and would still work. They agreed to let me keep it and send me a partial refund. They asked for my address to send the check. This was in October and since I have emailed 4 times without a reply and have not received my refund."
