"The worst experience for my family. Just went in to try and get my son soccer shoes. Employees were to busy hanging out at the desk and when I went up to ask for help they acted like it was an inconvenience. Two employees when I asked if we could try a certain shoe in a size, walked off and never came back. After years of using hibbets me and my family will take our business elsewhere."

"Came in and these kids are immediately laughing uncontrollably over and over at what they are looking at on their phones. Then they go into the back together and leave one associate left on the floor. I made a comment about it and she says we're all just real good friends. Problem with that is you're at work this isn't social hour. Kids these days. Smh.Any other time you'd probably have them being overzealous and observing you too much to where it's an uncomfortable shopping experience."
