"I loved the attentiveness of the stylist Kiara. We arrived a little early and she said come on I can start while my other client is under the dryer. She was focused on her clients and worked in a timely manner. I took my granddaughter in for braids and Kiara did an excellent job."

"We are extremely disappointed in the service at this establishment. Our son got twists on Wednesday and on Friday his twists came out. This was the first time that we had this service done for our 10 year old son. Had we known, then we would have either chose a different style option or different salon. We went back to the salon today and spoke with the stylist and manager. They basically told us... sorry, but that's your problem. We paid $75 for a two day hair style and all we get was "sorry"! ? This establishment is obviously not interested in repeat business or the opportunities that exist with referrals. So we shall not be going back and we will tell everybody that we know, including all of you, NOT TO USE THIS SALON!!!"
