It was not functioning correctly, and despite our request to have it removed from our tab, the staff refused. Not only did they fail to resolve the issue promptly, but they also never managed to get the hookah working properly. This lack of attention to customer satisfaction was deeply disappointing. Adding insult to injury, the manager charged us an additional $10 for the hookah, claiming it was ordered after 10 pm. However, we made sure to place the order well before the designated time. This blatant attempt to overcharge us only further highlighted the unprofessional and deceptive practices at Eden Lounge."

The unprofessional behavior, particularly by the manager, overshadowed any potential enjoyment at this establishment. From the start, it was evident that the manager's lack of attention and disregard for customer service was a pervasive issue. Our section was only visited once before 10 pm, and she did not return until 11:59, leaving us feeling neglected and ignored. This lack of presence resulted in several issues going unaddressed throughout the evening. Firstly, despite placing our orders, we never received confirmation or assurance that our food and hookah were on their way. The manager failed to check on us or ensure that our needs were being met, which led to unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. "Definitely a hidden gem! Biggest issue is that I tried to go recently and they were not open although their hours on Google said otherwise. When I was able to go, the food always great! A lot of food at that. The wings and pasta were good. Then the hookah was nice and smooth and enjoyed the music."
