"Finally I I went back to Sharks. The service was great the food was hot and fresh. I wasn't asked about a tip before I paid. This is for the shift that were there today (Milgen Rd). This shift for sure deserve a raise. Job well done. Overall excellent. To keep this staff give them a raise, they wouldn't then hustle customers"

"I've eaten at the one in Alabama and it was real good. I ate at the one on Veterans and it was horrible so I stopped going because Alabama was too far to drive. I was happy to see the new one open closer to my house and tried it today. The food was hot and fresh and worth the price. Their whole catfish is far bigger and meatier than Rosehill's catfish. I am not a cole slaw eater, but I tried the one they gave me and wanted more! The whole experience was excellent and I will be going back."

"I called ahead to order fried catfish filets with okra instead of fries. It's always well seasoned and perfectly fried. The staff is friendly, and the service pick-up window moved quickly."

"I came in 30 mins before closing. The staff wasn’t upset but accommodating. The manager Michelle was handling the lobby and a respectful young man took my order. I was forgetful and left my drinks behind but here comes the manager, Michelle, out the door behind me bringing them to me. I haven’t tasted the food yet, but the customer service earned a high rate based off my experience. 10/31 @ 945pm. Will update later on the food."
