"The food was good. The server was busy, but she was able to handle her area well. We ordered the bloomin shrimp as our appetizer. For the main course, we both ordered the bone in ribeye cooked medium, house salad, and loaded baked potato and lobster tail. The steak was cooked to perfection. Everything else was delicious. The lobster tail was seasoned very well. We made sure we tipped our server well."
"My family and I order outback to go this evening. We arrived at 3:10, they said order would be ready by 3:15, order wasn't brought out till 3:30. It was disappointing. We got home and opened everything up. I ordered the slow roasted prime rib. It is supposed to be pink in color. It was grey and looked so old. I called the restaurant and the manager was nice and did refund the cost of the steak and said she would remake it along with the sides. I do appreciate both of the things she did. But still doesn't excuse the drive I had to make, and by the time I got home my family was already done eating. Also we realized that most of the sauces and dressings for everything were missing. Then the second steak i got was incredibly tough. It was just a bad experience with the outback to go service. The times we have dined in we have always had a great experience. But will not be doing to go ever again."
"our server was great!!! we had a party of 8... our appetizers came out and were extremely burnt.... we had to send them back.... and just decided to not gwt appetizers because it was taking so long... once we got our food everything was cold on everyone's plate. After our dinner we had to use the bathroom and all the burnt smell and smoke just boiled over I to the restroom.... I LOVE OUTBACK.... ADMIN... FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE."
"This was my first visit at this location since they’ve opened, and I have to say I was extremely disappointing! Our waitress Haley did the best she could do with the party size that we have however, my issue was with the young lady who was responsible for bringing our food out. I ordered a shrimp and chicken dinner. Cannot remember the name of it, I specifically asked for it without red peppers. When my order came out with the peppers I told the runner that I ordered them without the peppers. Her exact words to me were can’t you just take them off?!?!, with an attitude! I was shocked, along with being disappointment. My Auntie ordered the same exact meal, and she received hers with peppers to which we both asked for it without! I did speak with a manager, and my meal was replaced, however, this is what I’ve received. I really wish I knew the name of the runner because she was very unprofessional and extremely uncaring. With the cost of everything increasing these days when you go out to a restaurant, spending your money, you have expectations of it being done right, and it’s extremely disappointing when it’s not and when you also have to deal with bad attitudes, it shouldn’t be allowed.!"
"Completely horrible experience. The best part of the evening were the wings.. Exceptional! Poor service from start to finish. No utensils provided until the MatrDee was asked directly as our waiter did not provide..Napkins were in limited supply as he brought for square drink napkins and we had two orders of wings. Steak pasta with shrimp was tasteless... Desserts were not hot the pan of cookies were brought and the waiter could hold the bottom of skillet with hands.. Luke warm at best. No one was clearing tables including ours which was overflowing. But my waiter sat down with friends at a booth directly across from us to chat. So I took pictures and shared with the Assistant manager who was embarrassed and apologized. Never seen anything like this behavior. It was on a Wednesday night at 745pm .Crazy and disappointing"
