"Went through drive thur and had to wait for 10min for our food. Once we got it we pulled out and got to where we were going only to find out that even though the food was great, IT WASNT OUR ORDER! 9/10 for whatever it was.... would ORDER again if I knew what it was!"

"Zaxby's Chicken Fingers is one of my favorites places to grab a bite when traveling in the south. Their food, services, and prices are always consistent. This restaurant was no different. I always get the Fingers sandwich add cheese and Bacon and my son always gets the Big Zax Snack."

"Zaxby’s usually doesn’t disappoint but tonight I don’t know what happen this time. Lets do better with the food prep by ensuring it is hot not cold, food is fresh and not taste like it has been sitting awhile and presentation because this is not appropriate for consumption not the toast being burnt. I hope improvement is made so the next customer won’t have the same experience."

"It seems to never fail that this restaurant forgets to give you your sauce! Not to mention when you order the Chicken Bacon RANCH Fries, there's barely any ranch or cheese. It's just super frustrating with the long wait time that tends to be normal (which having hot food is nice, so normally that isn't a complaint) and the cost that of course has just continued to rise!!! After that long & paying more can we simply get our sauces?!?!"
