Reviews
"Overall not a horrible course. My biggest concern would be the Tee boxes which on every hole needed love some were currently closed trying to fix that I could see. My cart did not have a score card or pencil, luckily the starter was kind enough to let me have his card of his. I had never played there so wanted to have one to know where I should be playing from. It was the day after thanksgiving that I played so I understand the course most likely would be unkept given people off for holidays etc so there were leaves absolutely everywhere given the course is heavily wooded and weaves its way through woods and neighborhood. Also the greens all seemed the same practically. Mostly on the smaller side and a circle or oval"
"Local Guide Sean J. was pretty much spot on with their review. Absolutely love the layout of this golf course, but paying $50 for this level of neglect in a golf course is severely disappointing. Didn't even have any range balls on a Sunday afternoon to warm-up before teeing off. Only 1 water cooler placed on the entire course and it was empty on a day with 105 degree heat index. Just terrible."
"Used to have a good time here but now it’s just atrocious. I would say it’s only redeeming quality is that it’s a tough layout out but the more I think about it, it’s really only difficult bc the tee boxes are sand, fairways are a minefield, and the greens have potholes. At least you can get a laugh bc the staff still acts like it’s in pristine condition. I suggest showing up in gym shorts and a tee shirt and when they tell you there’s a dress code just tell them you thought you were at a dog track. Pay for 9, play 18, and pray your cart doesn’t die on the 3rd hole."
"$55 per person, 18 holes with cart. No discounts on the weekends (like a lot of places). The course looked promising on the drive in through the different neighborhoods. Even as a public course, I figured that a course surrounded my million dollar homes would be well taken care of. Not the case. 1. Clubhouse: Feels abandoned. Food and drink are in the “pro shop,” if you can call it that. The price of the snacks and adult beverages were the best things about the course, but I digress. 2. Carts: Gas powered and not maintained at all. Bald tires, steering linkage loose, nuts and bolts over the entire cart were loose, the windshields are tinted and scratched, and the brakes were non existent on both carts in our foursome. 3. Driving Range: Has grass or turf (covered). Nothing is labeled with distance and the range is super narrow up top, so if you’re on the edge, you have to angle in to avoid the trees in front of you. 4. Practice Green: Best looking thing on the entire course. 5. Everything Else: Cart paths are atrocious, so you see why the alignments on the carts are trashed. Tee boxes aren’t well manicured and have weeds and red clay everywhere. Fairways and greens aren’t any better than the tee boxes. The greens were so bad I quit addressing and aiming, and quit keeping score by the third hole. People drive golf carts everywhere. Literally. I was surprised I didn’t see wheel marks on the greens. Definitely a few on the fringes, though. The Marshall at 1 was about as personable as a prison guard and the kid at the turn didn’t lift his head from his phone. The poor guy at the counter seemed like a one man show. I had zero expectations going into this round and was hoping for an average experience. I’m not a golf course snob by any means. I’ll play just about anywhere if the company is right, but for this specific price point I expected a lot more than what I got. Unless they’re giving away free rounds, I won’t be going back."
"Played here yesterday 12/10/22 due to our normal course having an event. This course I'd challenging, which is great. The issue we had yesterday was our carts dying at hole 7 and hole 16. We were not the only players that experienced this. We actually saw 4 other golfers with the same issue. They brought us a new cart the first time but the second time, we just left. While they apologized, I don't feel that was good enough. For what it cost to play there, I feel like we should have gotten a refund or at least a partial refund. We will definitely not be back, and from other reviews, it seems the management here doesn't really care. Whoever should have charged these carts obviously didn't, and another review mentions a bunch of teenagers that work here is true, which may explain why carts weren't charged. They don't seem to be phased by the amount of issues they had yesterday. All and all, no one really cared. If I could have given zero stars, I would have."
