"We ordered 8 pizzas, they were fresh and ready on time, thank you...."

"I ordered a pizza and was told 30-40 minutes, my daughter who lives in downstairs apartment ordered a pizza 45 MINUTES AFTER ME!! and got her order first, I asked that delivery person where my food was she didn't even know there were 2 orders, after calling MULTIPLE TIMES to contact a HUMAN, which the ONE TIME Temple Avenue actually ANSWERED!! I was immediately put on hold, so in PROCESS of CONTACTING my bank to VOID transaction my pizza FINALLY arrived...COLD AND DISGUSTING!! WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!"

"We’ve been to this location many times and pizza was good. We’ve been to this location after a year now, pizza was horrible. We ordered XL chicken veggie pizza . We saw only cheese on the pizza nothing else. Barely any chicken pieces and vegetables. This is pathetic. We started to hate pizza from this day onwards. I don’t understand why such pizzas are baked."

"Just placed an order in the papa John’s app as I always do! I’ve errors with my deliveries before but never have I been blamed for the missing items or ride service. Today was a first! I was told the delivery driver must have taken my pizza and I can come in to get a replacement if I wanted or they can deliver tomorrow! I asked for order to be refunded if I couldn’t get it delivered and was rudely told no and I could call door dash about the missing pizza as well. Unfortunately due to the customer service I won’t be ordering again. I can deal with mistakes with my order and delivery but to be talked to as if it was my fault the food wasn’t delivered is beyond crazy. When I called the lady refused to resolve the issue and placed me on hold.. I hung up after 16 minutes being on hold and called back 4 additional times and they wouldn’t answer so I assume they have caller id. So basically they took my money and did not deliver my pizza."

"They’re fine to order pickup from, but DO NOT order delivery. They outsource delivery to Doordash. Took me over an hour to receive a pizza that had been ready for 40 minutes. Stone cold by the time it got to me. Why outsource to doordash when I literally saw a papa John’s delivery driver servicing your store that night? I’d rather just pick up. It’s always a hot mess inside as well. Clearly a poorly managed store. My doordash driver said the store directed him to deliver another pizza that was ready after mine then come back for mine. WHY? Honestly Dominos tastes better but I ordered from here because it was closer. It’s dominos from here on out"
