"After ordering through the mobile app for a drive-thru pickup, I encountered rude service upon arrival. Despite my order being for drive-thru, I was asked to come inside, and upon refusal, I received my food cold and soggy. When I returned the meal, hoping for a refund, I was denied due to the mobile order. The manager's unpleasant demeanor further soured the experience. I will not be revisiting this location."

"It’s 1/10/2024 , I just placed my order and I’m told to move forward, because it’s only one manager in the building and no employees and he says he hasn’t even been there a week. I asked for a refund, and he doesn’t even know how to do it, said he wasn’t trained. Tried to come in and the lobby is locked. What happened to this location, it was going in such a great direction before the holidays.. wow… I won’t be coming back here. Is this how management runs a business, I will be calling corporate, because this has to be illegal"

"Ordered my food, went to use the restroom, and they were both out of order. I asked the cashier, and he said "They're broke." Who wants to eat where they can't wash up? I asked for a refund, and the cashier said "We don't give refunds." I ordered my burger with no mayo, which my receipt confirms, but got EXTRA mayo. I go to this location almost weekly, and usually get good service at the drive-thru, but this was the worst!"
