"The food was tasteless but the service was worse. The person on the counter was rude and misbehaved about every single thing. The missed the toppings on the order and when we asked them for those the person started shouting. Do not recommend this place at all."

"Love the other places at Banks food hall. We have tried this place more than once, as our kids like hotdogs and corn dogs. They conveniently "lose" tickets and act like they have no idea what happened when you tell them it's been over an hour without getting your food. They don't try to do anything to take ownership of the situation. Waiting an hour and a half between the line and waiting for the food for bland, unsalted fries and a boring hotdog is insane. Gave them multiple chances with the same results, so it's obviously not a one off problem. Never ordering here again."

"Amazing hotdogs and any combination of hot you can think of . Chili cheese fries that were really good but it's not your typical taste the chilli has a sweet taste too it. But it works and works well."

"The next time I want to wait an hour to eat bland and dry food, I’ll eat with my dog. Ordered meal before 4pm and did not receive anything until after 4:40pm. They messed up the ordered, admitted it, and continued to work on others food before fixing it. Per the price point I expected a full chicken sandwich but it was on a slider bun. I could not swallow the first bite because it was so dry. Maybe the food took so long because they overcooked the chicken to the Nth degree. Beyond disappointed and will never be eating here again."

"First time here. Had an Italian dog, breakfast dog, side of onion rings and side of fries with cheese, $26. Customer service was good. Food is definitely way overpriced. The hot dogs you see were 7.50-8$, for the single hot dog alone, they aren't jumbo dogs or anything just regular size. The taste was average, nothing extravagant. One and done is good for me."
