"The staff looks so unprofessional with street clothes on, some of which look nasty. They have long hair uncovered. It's always a long time waiting in the drive thru no matter what, or how many customers are actually in the parking lot."

"Went thur drive thur, waited without being Acknowledged. He told me the total at the widow, didn't say hello, didn't get a receipt, and fries were old. Didn't feel safe to go inside to ask for fresh fries."

"I came and ordered a royal spicy chicken sandwich meal the meat drop fresh and the fries drop fresh the front cashier was very rude and kept going backward while the shift Manger was present.. the front cashier... the front kept responding to my request that my food be drop fresh he said ms stop being difficult the food is fresh... I kept having to repeat my self so I just requested for my money back and I went to the burger King on memorial Blvd where I got my needs met and great customer service"

"this place is disgusting. I was here on 09/01/23 and decided to go inside and order. The lady on the register was very slow and seemed to not know how to properly take orders or read tickets to get the items ready to go. However she did know how eat items at the register with no gloves, cough into cups and then put them back into the stack of new cups and as she was making a shake for someone in the drive thru, it spilled over the top and onto her hand, which she then licked her fingers and then placed a top on the shake container. This place is disgusting and the cook in the back made my 2 for 6 order wrong all wrong."

"This place needs New management! Never have food or supplies. Takes forever in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. Never open on time. Don't get orders right. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with my breakfast meal and I got nothing but cream and when I said that isn't coffee in there she looked at me and said that's how it's made. Now I've had ice coffee plenty of times to know this looks nothing like it! Coworker went to get mocha iced coffee another time and she got the same results. Common sense not common! See pics below."
