"On my lunch break. I ordered 5 piece tender combo. Tenders were not fresh, they were hard and huge. Not enjoyable at all. Go in to the store, ask to speak with the manager, a young lady says she is but the other lady Jessica says she is the manager, issues the refund. Kept asking if I wanted fresh tenders. I politely said no. The customer service in here is awful. Where is the world coming to. Just sad. I won’t be back here. Good sucks and the service."

"They need to completely change the management at this location completely trash. I’m at a fast food restaurant and it’s always either their 10-20 min wait time on a sandwich or they don’t have any…employees working there just trying to make hours n not working see them smoking outside most the time or just chillin WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION OR RECOMMEND IT"

"This place needs to just shut down. These people are so rude and unprofessional until they don't need their jobs. If paying bills and spending money is the only reason to get into customer service, they're in the wrong career. I hate to admit it, but in this location, the employees fit every stereotype there is. The place should be closed and taken up by owners who actually care about their business livelihood and their customers loyalties. It honestly should be boycotted and maybe THEN they'll learn to appreciate business. This place is a disgrace. And it's sad because the food sells itself. But going here to eat is a hassle all by itself to even get your meal. CLOSE THIS STORE!!"

"The service at this place is so poor that even giving a single star feels like a waste. They don't greet properly, and after waiting for 10 minutes, they told me to wait in the parking lot for the chicken, but even after 20 minutes, it didn't show up. When I went inside, they had the chicken ready but didn't give it to me. There weren't even any customers in the inside there. They didn't even apologize and truly hurt the customer's feelings. It's a place I definitely don't want to visit again"

"We pull up to the window to order, the lady taking or order was beyond rude. She starts by barking out "what do you want?" So, I start attempting to give her my order, it wasn't a hard order, it was a number twelve with Cajun fries and a diet coke. The lady kept interrupting me to repeat my order. At one point I am just sitting in absolute silence for a few minutes waiting for her to catch up. Finally, the order is placed and we pull up to the window, the rude lady walks up and thrusts the card reader towards us. So, I inserted the card and, I tried to input my pin, and the rude lady says "no, you don't do that..." I couldn't wait to leave, I get working fast food is rough, my first job was fast food, but so many people are just rude for absolutely no reason. So, in conclusion, we live less than five minutes away and made it home. The shrimp was barely warm and the picture, funny enough makes it look like a lot, but it wasn't. The fries, were decent but barely warm. I paid 11 dollars for this??? I won't be going back here again....."
