"The cleanliness leaves much to be desired here. The smell of raw sewage was evident in the ladies restroom & the gnats flying around were thick as molasses. The professional nature of front line staff was also lacking. The cashier was on her phone non-stop, with it perched on her shoulder the entire time as she chatted. There was no greeting from her, just a what'da want to order to both myself & the customer behind me. The positives were that the food was served hot & fresh, and my order was correct."

"Everything was great. Fast service, customer service was outstanding. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I recommend this place for the new a lil spicy fish fillets. And for a family spot to eat when your in the mood for fish."

"I purchased the Spicy fish 2 piece today. The grease was old dark and burned and the fish was re-battered. The manger Mr. Ellis was rude and disrespectful. He should not be providing any services to customers. He has poor customer service skills. I know that restaurants need employees however you really need ones that represent your band in the most positive way. It may be a good time to use secret shoppers to alert owners to the services and quality of services and food being severed."

"Usually when visiting this location it’s really speedy service . Last week not so much. I didn’t have any cutlery in my bag and my breadsticks were over cooked. Update Stopped by today 3-4-23 and the line moved fast per usual. The food was hot and fresh. Drive thru cashier was polite"

"The food was ok I do like the fact that the fries were good and hot but the shrimp was cold like it had been sitting out. Other than that it was ok I guess besides the fact I didn’t get a receipt either. I take that back I ordered the trio and got chicken not sure if it comes with chicken but I definitely don’t eat meat I’m pescatarian!"
