"3 times I've received a partial order and/or not had coupons honored. I was told by the staff that if a coupon won't work on the app that they won't do anything about it even if they can see the coupon on the app. They also didn't include two tacos in one order and fries in another order despite the fact that I paid for them. They ignore emailed complaints to the support email as well. Why three times? I'm a sucker for tasty food. But without any effort on their part to fix any of this, I'm done."

"As a whole definitely fresher food than their main competitor. Enjoyed the regular tacos and veggie burrito. Vanilla shake was surprisingly good. Good place to take hungry kids."

"The service was terrible, got our order wrong when told that it was incorrect the little girl at the counter tried to save like she's did exactly what was asked. Then her and another little argued over a taco for an order that was picked up corrected and the customer was gone for 15 minutes. The menu was completely different from the one I used to frequent when I lived in Arizona and the food was not as good either, would weather have taco bell, I will never go back to a Del Taco again."
