"My husband, our 1 year old, and myself arived at 8:10 last night (Friday night). 20 min wait, which we expected. Was given a broken booster seat (no way to buckle baby in as one of the straps was completely missing). Had to hold my son for 10 minutes in our booth. Was brought a different booster seat with 2 straps, but the buckle was broken in half so it didn't work. I ended up just tying him in the seat with the two straps (not the safest thing, so I kept one hand on him the entire meal). Ordered Texas tonion for appetizer. The fried onion was ok, but not great. Didn't like sauce. At $10, wouldn't order it again. Server was friendly enough, but not attentive - to the point it ruined my meal. Drink sat empty on edge of table. Had to wave her down to finally get a refill. And our steaks and potatoes were brought out BEFORE our salads (she completely forgot). I like to eat my salad first (maybe it's habit because every steakhouse brings you the salad FIRST) So that's what I did. My loaded baked potato was missing sour cream. By the time I had finished my salad and had sour cream for my potato, my steak and potato were cold, and my son was ready to go (we were at Long Horn from 8:10 to 9:50) So I didn't even get to enjoy it. I'm a new mom. I haven't been out to eat in so long because I wasn't comfortable taking my baby and risking him crying and ruining other patron's experience. I was so looking forward to going out to eat finally. I was so disappointed."

"We visited this establishment for an early week night dinner. The service was friendly and the main course (New York Strip) was very good. The appetizer was just ok. The Ceasar salad was excellent."

"The Hostess was very welcoming. Food was delicious. I liked the lighting. Our booth was comfortable and clean. Our server was nice and got our order correct. Con: The butter was hard, and I couldn't spread it on my bread."

"Hostess grabbed our menus said follow me, then proceeded to have a five minute conversation with coworkers about their weekend plans, oblivious to us standing there waiting. Ordered drinks and our food. Salads came out, still no drinks, asked Busboy if he could get our waitress. He said only after he bussed the table would he have time. BTW they were not busy, no one was waiting to be seated. Food came, still no drinks, what more can I say other than the asparagus were the size of small trees. Won't be going back there!!!"
