"10-15 minute wait with 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. Not the first time this has happened. I'm just done with this place. Either can't find people to work or just slow and lazy. Don't think this place will be open much longer."

"Initially our order was not correct but Betty went above and beyond to correct it. We will definitely return to that location based on how we were treated. They did great!"

"I was told it would be a 7 minute wait. Sat here for 25 minutes they completely forgot my order. 30 minutes if you include the time waiting to get my order taken. Charged me and then didn’t give me a receipt and asked me to pull up to the line to wait for my order. My order should be free at this point. But you know I didn’t even get an apology."

"Pictured is how much ketchup they gave me. When I asked for more I was told that they only have two more like that and that the “boss man” is looking for more. So instead of making one customer happy here they’re opting to make another 2 customers unhappy and insulted with the tiny amount of ketchup and all customers after that until they source more ketchup. Not sure what’s wrong with Krystal as an entire organization but every location I go to now is performing similar to this. Extremely long waits though plenty of staff working usually and poor planning and managing like this ketchup gate."

"Went to 20 minutes ago tried to go in dining room was closed we left went to the gas station and back mind you they didn’t have any customers the first time we went it was literally nobody there but the workers. Go back this time through drive Thur get the wait a minute for her to come on speaker and say it’s going to be a delay. I said it’s nobody here but us someone in the background said something smart the girl that was talking to us ignored her. And just said it’s just two of us. I’ve worked fast food before and a few times it was just two of us me an and a cook with a line . If you know you know. This was some sorry service dining being closed understandable but to say it’s a delay for 12 little burgers is beyond me."
