Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"After the 42nd time of viewing the Popeye's TV commercial for wings both boneless and bone-in on TV, I decided to give Popeye's chicken a try. I got to the restaurant stood in line for almost 15 minutes before I finally made it to the front of the line to place my order. I was told nonchalantly "We don't have no wings." At that point he should have maybe suggested something else on the menu or maybe even given us a timeline of when said product might be available, but I could tell he didn't really care. My first thought was, why didn't you put a sign up so that people who would be ordering wings wouldn't have to stand in line for 15 minutes. Secondly can you not tell when you're getting low on wings? I worked in food service for a while and we always knew when we were getting low on a particular product because there wasn't as much there. At that point we would think to ourselves, "Hey... maybe I should order some more of this product because we're about to run out." So basically I had to stand in line for 15 minutes, no exaggeration on the time, just to be told they were out of wings. Please try to do a better job. I understand that things happen but I also understand that when wing supplies are getting low someone should notice this and make sure that more or ordered long before you run out. If you don't start doing this you're going to lose a lot of business."

"This location has gone downhill. There are no lights in the drive thru AT ALL which is not a good thing and they always get my order wrong. Today I paid $18 for 2- 3 piece wing dinners and was told to wait for spicy chicken to be cooked. When they finally brought the food out I did the cardinal sun if not checking the order before I left. I got home and I had every piece of chicken besides a wing. They gave me a breast, leg and thigh. Some people would be happy with this however I ordered what I wanted. There is no quality control at all and the staff doesn’t care. Shameful!"

"I sent my son to pick up a family 16 pcs chicken with 3 large sides and 8 biscuits, when he arrived home with NO Receipt after paying 42. +$, I had NO Biscuits, the chicken was dry and the breading so crispy that you couldn't eat it. the legs, wings and thighs were so small it was like a joke about little chickens. then, 1 large coleslaw was 1/2 full as if they ran out and we got what was left with no discount. I have been to this store many times and I have never had old food and shorted like this, I have no recourse because they did not and my son did not get a receipt, therefore all I have is the charge on my debt card as proof, of course that's not ever good enough. I will not eat here again for a while maybe never; I pray we don't get sick from old dry left-over chicken. Amanda"

"I don't know where to begin with this review. Customer service is nonexistent, the store could've been a little cleaner, there's no napkins stocked. Most fat (yes i purposely said fat not fast) food restaurant's you get your own drink, but apparently they have to get it for you. She just walked off didn't say a word. I had to get my own receipt. The other young lady with the gray shirt (assuming it's the manager) tossed a box of honey to the cashier and told her to "restock your area". That's poor leadership and embarrassing to her employee. The customer after me also had to get her own receipt. Now onto the food. I don't regularly patronize, but it would've been nice to be told that the macaroni and cheese would be $0.50 extra. The food was tasteless and flavorless. The worst experience ever at Popeyes. For the life of me I don't understand why these fat food joints load up the sodas with ice, but the sweet tea they add 3 Ice cubes and make you drink partially cool not cold tea."
