"I went for curbside pickup. The employee stopped the timer so that it did not show that it took them over 15min. to bring the order out. I asked her about it. She acted confused. I called the number on the receipt and contacted corporate. Needless to say they still owe me my free pizza and I want it. My kids at school and at home ask for pizza but I refuse to patronize dominos. False advertising!!!"
"(Zero Stars) Horrible experience today. Hubby brought pizza home opened the box and the pizza was made wrong; called the store to see what they could do to fix it…only to have the young lady rudely tell us she did get it right and we were wrong, when we’re looking right at it! Took the pizza back she then realized she indeed had made the mistake, offered no apology no compensation for the inconvenience. The staff is horrible and not one glove insight. They don’t care about customer service at all!!!!!! (So irritated after this)"
"I ordered a pizza at 6:19 from a dominoes in Conyers Georgia. I called them at 7:15 they said they would send it out to me at 7:25 I got a message saying my pizza was on its way at 8 pm when it still wasn’t here, I only live about 10 minutes from the store btw, I called back and asked for a refund because that’s ridiculous. They were rude over the phone and when I tried to explain to the lady she said so do you want a refund or not. I said yes I want a refund then asked if I could speak with the manager and the girl said no they’re too busy. What kind of manager is too busy to speak with a customer?"
