Domino's Pizza

"The owner of this franchise is absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2 pizzas, garlic knots and cinnamon bites. The pizza was an hour late per their tool of the “pizza tracker. When the driver finally arrived we asked him to check is everything was correct and he ran back to the car as soon as he handed over the pizzas. The pizzas were cold, garlic “knots” are actually 6 little 1 inch bites. The service is even worse. We called and had to wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone. We got to someone who claimed to be the owner of the franchise. The owner decided to cut us off after every word. When we were discussing with her that our pizza was an hour late and cold, she blamed corporate and said our pizza tracker online was off by 5 minutes so it was incorrect. It made no sense and she was very rude. Even if the tracker was off, how is it cold? And how is it corporate’s fault? OH, did I mention we are only 8 minutes away from this location? Literally 2.6 miles away. Why is it cold? Terrible excuse of an owner and taking any responsibility for the failure of our order. When she finally stopped to listen to our complaint, she offered no apology just to give us a credit for a small pizza for next time. I will never order from here again."

"I ordered a large pizza with 5 toppings on 1/5/24 on a busy Friday night. Yes, I had to wait an hour for my food. The wait didn’t bother me due to I normally get a great pizza from this location except that night. I overheard a senior employee training new employee to not put so much cheese on the pizzas and when I finally looked at my pizza I was very disappointed. Apparently, I should have asked for extra cheese for 1 of my extra toppings because in several places on my pizza there was no cheese, little sauce and sparse toppings. They could of at least put enough condiments to cover the crust. I decided to rate this location 2 stars because the pizza was hot when received and the cashier was very nice."

"Today we ordered online and it said that the wait time was between 74-84 minutes… whaaat. So I went there before the pizzas were because we wanted to cancel the order, but the manager asked if we were sure about that, so we asked the manager is that wait period was accurate because that is ridiculously long. The manager was so kind and so patient and was able to get the pizzas done in about 20 minutes. We would like for him to get some appreciation, like a letter or something because he’s doing great, AND he brought the pizzas outside to us…in the freezing cold."

"This was the worst High cost pizza/ sandwich order. When a customer orders "Extra Cheese on a pizza" it should look like extra cheese/ When they order a sandwich it shouldn't be burnt and next to little to no meat on it....look at the proof attached....11/28/23/ # 415 / GA 20 location/ time 1145am/ I had to rush back to work so couldn't afford to wait for this to be recooked...!!"

"Dominos had 50% off any online pizza order; so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered a 14” HandToss with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, and Mushrooms. I went to pick up our pizza, and asked for Parmesan Cheese; the lady said: “That’s $1.90 extra.” I thought she was kidding, but no; (I didn’t get any) so I’ll give them 2 stars for “charging” customers for wanting Parmesan Cheese. And the pizza didn’t have enough sauce on it. So, 3 stars for their pizza, minus 2 stars for “charging extra” for Parmesan Cheese equal 1 star."
