"Need some proper management .. 30 minutes for a sandwich and this is the lettuce and tomato they put on it .. music playing in the kitchen is a distraction ... workers acting as if they just want the shift to end."

"My family and I stopped at around midnight with the store closing at 1 AM. The lights on the drive through sign were turned off when I pulled up. I was told they were only taking orders through the app. We pulled away and made a moble app order. They were unable to make the frosty and the Cajun chicken (for which we had already paid in the app). The order took 20 minutes and when we received the food , everything was COLD! THE BUNS WERE ROCK HARD. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER...EVER HAD WITH ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!!!"

"My family stopped through for a quick bite around 12am. Order taker at the drive thru said they were only taking mobile orders, so we placed a order on the app. No frostys and no spicy nuggets after paying for them. All burger were cold, so cold the cheese did not melt or stick to the burger. The bread from the burger was so hard I could knock on it. Fries were cold. Nuggets were under cooked. Worst experience I've ever had at a wendys."

"I just went to this location and this is what Wendy's thinks of my little money With all the complaints how is this Wendy's allowed to operate?!?! How are these ppl allowed to keep jobs that they on purposely give the worst customer service. The location is close to Ft Moore. Anything close to the base should be top notch. Columbus Georgia is the ONLY that allows chains closest to the base be the worse possible place to spend your money!! The employees need to be jobless cause it's quite evident that they don't care and the owner should be fined for allowing this to continue!!!"

"We went to the Wendy’s on Victory Drive, Columbus GA last week to eat inside. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes. They looked at us never bothered to take our order. We walked out as did a few other customers behind us and we went up the street to Burger King. Tonight we went through the drive through. We placed our order and ordered UNSWEETENED ice tea. Typical for this location we were given sweet tea (we are diabetics). While the employee was putting ice in the cups she used her bare hands to put ice in the cups. I had tasted the ice tea at the pick up window and sent it back to be replaced. We get home with our food and the fries WERE ICE COLD AND STALE!"
