"I would give 5 stars for sure; but the staff at night ruined the experience. They were SO rude and arrogant.. it was 20 minutes before the store closed which I get it's end of shift but still. They were rude, arrogant, rushing me and every customer that walked in. a female worker was sitting down eating, and as soon as I walked in she shouted they were closed (which they were not) I proceeded to the line for my food anyway, but that is not how you represent a company. This review is not where it ends either =)"

"I purchased five vegetarian bowls for my family an hour ago. When we returned home to eat, everyone's food was over-salted and pretty disgusting. It seems like the salt shaker got away from the person who'd seasoned the black beans. I called the store to let them know, but no one picked up the phone."

"Regardless if it’s online order or not you should put same effort in giving the proper portion not throw 3 pieces of chicken and not care. I’m still a customer regardless I order online or not. Would recommend making sure that the portion is good amounting. The food be salty too. I can’t even tell if I’m eating salt or bowl. So much different in ordering online and F-T-F."

"This purchase was December 7,2022, Very Shameful to charge almost 8.00 dollars for 2 spoonful of can beans and a cup of rice. You never responded when I first sent my dissatisfaction however I will continue to give 1 star review of this establishment and never come back to patronize chipotle again."
