LICKIN' CHICKEN

"If zero was an option that’s exactly what this unprofessional,and overpriced Mom&Pop’s establishment would receive. What wing establishment doesn’t provide fries with their wings. I initially ordered a 6 piece combo. I was advised they didn’t have a 6 piece combo, so I said give me a 10 piece combo instead. The young lady that took my order never said we don’t have a 10 piece combo. I got to the window and paid for the order,but was told to park in the front and they would bring the order out. I just so happened to check my order before leaving and noticed it was no fries in the box. I asked the young man where was the fries,he said the 10 piece doesn’t come with fries,so I sent the order back. I assume the guy that came out was the manager,he didn’t introduce himself. Instead he brought the box back out, and said we don’t do refunds and I can’t give you free fries. I immediately became upset. The fact that I wasn’t informed at the time the order was placed that I was paying for wings only, and the fact that he assumed I wanted free fries was an insult. Needless to say I will not be returning,I will take my business to real wing establishments that value their customers and offer a real combo instead of price gouging.This also explains why their never busy. Overpriced and poor customer service."

"Terrible food. Frozen shrimp cooked and over priced. Fries were even crispy. And they raised the price 3 dollars for some items. Zero flavor. Looks like alot but not worth the soggy grease fries and over breaded popcorn shrimp"

"Went here today to get a 5 piece lemon pepper wing combo and it is now $15 when it use to $11 or $12. I use to come here alot but after today with the cost it will be my last trip. The food is hit or miss. Today the wings were perfect but the fries was really salty."

"I got the wings one day and they were fantastic! you know when you have your mind set on chicken tenders and they're not the tenders you thought they would be? That was my second experience they were dry and TINY!! I am a grown MAN! I can't survive the day on nuggets! and for $11 l, McDonald's is across the street and I can get more for my money. great service and great wangz, I'm just upset over the tenders."

"Ok spot for small wings/tenders. The fries are pretty good, as long as it's not the last hour before closing. If it's during the last hour, you're going to get re-fried fries instead of fresh cooked (as pictured, at least a third of this order had to be thrown out). Be sure to check your bag before leaving as dressings are usually missing. Also, be sure you get your drink!! I can't tell you how many times I've had to circle back around because I wasn't given my drink. This place is mediocre. It's convenient for us. We probably grab food here 3-4 times a year. It used to be much better years ago. Prices went up but the quality of their chicken went down."
