Domino's Pizza

"Ordered from this location twice and both times received horrible service, cold pizza, and horrible quality. My last order was 3 large pizzas, they ran out of large boxes so they broke my pizzas up into multiple small boxes and pizzas were cold. When I called to complain the guy said he was the manager while also stating he could not help me with my complaint. I asked to speak with someone that could help and he just hung up on me. I filed a complaint online and again received no help from anyone. I will never order from here again."

"The manger Ty has to be the rudest manager ever. I can see why the reviews are mostly about him. I placed an order roughly about a month ago but Ty called to canceled due to not having any drivers (2.5 hours later) for my inconvenience the MANAGER TY told me that I had a free pizza on file just call in and provide my phone number and it would be available. I called today and the same person told me that I don't have a free pizza under my phone number after putting me on hold mid-sentence and in the rudest dry tone ever. Not sure why on earth he's so rude but I will never return to this trash store to give these horrible people a cent of my money."

"WARNING! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION! Very long week just trying to feed my family while taking a little off of my plate. This isn't my first experience where my food is done but no delivery driver. I call to ask if I can just pick it up myself. Yes, great. While I'm driving I get a call from domino's about how they couldn't refund the delivery. The boy on the phone got an attitude because I was mad that they couldn't refund a service I'm now performing for myself. Now I don't even trust the person around my food. I just want a refund. It was like pulling teeth to get the proper receipts showing my refund. Don't give up on Domino's, just throw this location away."

"I normally order from two other locations closer to my home but I was down in Stockbridge and decided to just pick up my order from here. They were extremely skimpy on the toppings. I had a thin crust with chicken and bacon. The crust was a little too thin, like potato chip thin with hardly any sauce or cheese and literally had 6-7 pieces of chicken and about 10 pieces of small bacon total on the whole pizza. I also got the pepperoni cheese bread which at least two pieces on each end didn't have anything it was just bread then in the middle it had a very slim layer of cheese and maybe about six pepperoni and of course the one pepperoni on top that you can see. You can definitely tell the difference in the Domino's Pizza because the one in Lake City and the one in Morrow definitely are not stingy and make a pretty good overall experience."

"I ordered a Hand Tossed Hawaiian Pizza and two drinks for delivery. Once it arrived I was pretty happy until I went inside and opened the box. So, when you are waiting for your pizza you can check the status of your pizza and the steps it goes through online. One of the steps it goes through is called a "quality check." I'm here to tell you that this pizza never went through a quality check nor was it made correctly because there was a hole in my pizza and it was thin crust. The receipt even states hand tossed on it. Needless to say the pizza looked somewhat nasty and I really didn't know what happened to it so I didn't get to eat that night. Here is a photo of my pizza when I opened it. This pizza is a disgrace to the Domino's name. I would not recommend this place!!!"
