Pizza Hut

"Ordered a medium pan super supreme pizza, had less ingredients than a normal supreme pizza. Also ordered a meat lovers melt it was good. Employee was unfriendly- as if he was doing me a huge favor by getting my pizza - poor customer service skills."

"This is the worst establishment I have visited. I ordered a pizza and did not tip the employee who took offense to it. I ordered cinnamon sticks and the employee did not alert me that it was going to take fifteen more minutes. I requested a refund. The employee showed no remorse about my pizza which was cold. Instead of arguing with him, I left the business. I did not receive my refund and did receive good customer service. They should shut down the business and remove the gentleman working the cash register."

"So my wife and I wanted to get something quick while we get our thanksgiving food together so we decided to get some good ol pizza (at least that’s what we thought) so I order my pizza online I forgot to add well done so I called and spoke to a guy name Ty and he said that it’s no problem they would add it. So I get my pizza it looks like someone threw it around a few times before it got to my house not to mention it was cold. So I called the store and let them know hey I know want to return this and get a well done pizza they guy tells me they throw all the dough out at 10:30 which sounded like a lie so I tell him well I’ll like a refund he tells me the manager will do it Friday I say ok I’ll call then. So I go on with my night and I have 8 missed calls on my phone I finally catch the 9th call and it’s Pizza Hut manager calling to argue with me that my pizza looked ok to him which was very very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place to anyone not even a dog. They have 0 respect for customers and I hope they shut down very soon."

"If I was able to leave no stars, I would have. I placed my order at 8:18pm and around 9:45pm I went back on the app and seen where my order was cancelled. The app stated I would receive my delivery within 25 - 35 mins. During this time, the doordash driver was texting me about the store being behind and no one had assisted him yet. Do know that I placed my order with Pizza Hut directly and they partner with doordash for their deliveries. By this time, I had called the store about 4 times and was directed to the call center. I spoke with a supervisor who stated she spoke with the GM who was going to call the store and then contact me. I never received a call. Around 11:15 pm, my doorbell goes off and someone from Doordash delivered cold and hard pizzas. I called in and spoke with another supervisor who offered to have the pizzas remade and delivered around midnight when my family is now asleep and advised me they can't refund me. He then advised me that a DM will be calling me which I don't believe because the GM never called me."

"Great customer service and fast processing of order. The employees were personable and all smiles. It wasn't the cleanest, but still ok. Food was fresh as well."
