"This location of marcos refused to refund my money when they left out an item in my order because I paid via credit card. Unless you want your money stolen if your order is shorted I would not patron this location of marcos. They had a nerve to offer me a store credit and I ask if you treat me this way why in the whole would I ever return to use it. And btw if I had paid via cash they would have given me the refund. This is a business that cares very little about their customers."
"A roach ran out my box of pizza. Lastnight they was closed so I wasn’t able to call or get in touch with management right away. So in the morning I called an provided the “store manager “ with these pictures an explained to her that I didn’t touch the pizza an I just simply wanted a refund she gets an attitude with me an deny my refund.! She was very rude and nasty. This place is disgusting I would never eat here again this place has roaches ! It ran straight out the box when I opened it ! This is not acceptable at all an for the rude manager who hung up on me count your days as a store manager"
