Bad customer service and a scam to charge people for an entire order, and intentionally only send out part of it. They even added the extra dressings that were supposed to be a part of the 2nd order."

"Of course, my client love going here as well. We go to American deli at least 2 to 3 times a week. Since we're in the mall walking and the fish the chicken, the shrimp fried rice OMG I can't complain at all and the amazing customer service. I think the guy is the manager. Not for sure.
