"Sometimes they answer the phone “hello?” which is strange and unprofessional to me. But every time my order is always ready in 10 minutes. I only really get the Singapore Mei Fun. I’ve had the chicken fried rice. It has a good flavor but the chicken is questionable to be honest. Not sure what part of the chicken those pieces are."

"Extremely POOR customer service. I had an uber eats order. Due to a vague description of a dish, I added a note. The restaurant did an add on charge. I called to clarify what my note meant (which I was not asking for anything additional). A gentleman released a loud sigh and began to yell at me in frustration. He stated “I should learn to read and pay attention, that EVERYONE understands the menu, but myself”. I literally could not get a word in. I then began to elevate my voice to get his attention. It was not the amount of the up-charge, it was simply I did not want the extra item. I then told him if he did not adjust his volume and tone, I would cancel the order. With a condescending tone, he told me I wont be able to cancel anything because the driver is on the way. I ended the call and got right on the phone with UberEats and cancelled. I will not spend my hard earned money and be spoken to in that manner. My order was nearly $60. Absolutely not. I will never spend a dime at this restaurant again."
