Don Tello's Tex Mex Grill

"I frequently visit Don Tellos the energy and service are usually great. I went there on a Thursday for the karaoke night. I was served by a young lady who seemed super sweet. Well.that was until I found that I had been over charged with 3 shots and an additional drink. I went back and spoke to the manager after returning from my travels hoping to have this rectified. Sadly the manager kept the receipt and told me he would get back to me. Sadly he never did. So I guess I'll have to just accept.the charges since they clearly do not plan on being accountable for the excessive charges. Word to the wise double check your receipts when there."

"I placed a to go order for beef nachos and extra cheese. I paid the lady $14.09 and she handed me a receipt. I asked about how long. They said 15 to 20 minutes. Cool my son and I went to sit in the car to wait. Come back in after about twenty minutes. Ask if my order is ready. Yes, it was a different serve that was there than the one that took my order. He ask for $14.09. I said no I already paid I have a receipt. He said well it says it wasn’t paid. If it wasn’t paid why would you hand me a receipt. He then goes to get a manger. The manager said he shows not paid. I told him to go get the lady who took my order and run the camera back that are pointing directly at the stand where I placed my order. He then gets on the phone and told me to wait. This is after I have already been waiting over ten minutes to get my food. He steps away comes back about five minutes later and handed me my food. No apologies or anything for the misunderstanding. I will never ever ever return to this restaurant again. I have advised my family and friends to do the same. The way I was treated about some food that I paid for and then you don’t even apologize for the inconvenience misunderstanding. Do better! I see why your ratings and score from the health department are so low."

"Absolutely terrible experience at noon. You could taste the fabulso in the air there was so much of it. It's mid day, my medium rare steak was well done, no bottled beers, the bartender did NOT know the wine selection, the server did NOT come and check on the table after the food was brought out, and when I complained about the steak the manager did NOT come to speak to us. I'll stick to going to the Conyers location."

"Ordered pickup and everything was perfect! Ordered through uber eats and it was ready in 20 minutes. Steak fajitas came hot and tasty and the portion was generous."

"Visited on a Sunday during lunch. We walked in and were seated immediately. Service was quick, chips and salsa were brought out to the table, and we put in our drink orders. We went with a small mango and a small strawberry and quickly realized we should have gone with the large, so we ordered two more smalls. For entrees we did a burrito and chicken quesadilla. We also ordered a large queso. The food was good and came out hot. Prices are a little cheaper than other Mexican establishments I've visited which was a plus. All together we spent about $56. Will definitely visit again!"
