"I thought this Bojangles was better than the rest, never received a wrong order in drive thru until today. Ordered wing & leg for one of my dinners, got a short thigh and a leg...short thighs always passed off... come on...looks nothing like a wing! My fault I trusted it and didn't look in all the boxes trying not to hold up the line!"
"I eat breakfast here daily. Now this particular day they had this same lady at the front window, she was rushing my order, very rude when I explain my drink was wrong she caught an attitude then I was missing food that I had paid for and she felt the need to argue back and forth about what I ordered that I already paid for. And he went as far as telling me I need to pay more money for what I had already paid for then drag the bagger and on the conversation he had an attitude. I told them I was missing my sides I have never a bad experience until this time. I advised the management upon a feedback opportunity that is given online. But if you're not paying attention they will get you and I know that I wasn't feeling well but I pay closer attention when I don't feel well."
