"My husband and I were celebrating my birthday. We sat at the bar. Because there was no hostess in front, after standing there for 10 minutes. When ordering, I wanted a glass of Moscato. They were out. So I asked for a coke for the moment. Asked for Reisling with my dinner. I ordered steak house wings. They were out of wings. I changed to the parmesan crusted chicken, and my husband ordered salmon. We sat at the bar for 1 hour 8 minutes before getting our food. I changed my mind about the glass of wine because I had gotten sleepy. After waiting so long for food. No apology or explanation. I saw people walk out because of no service. I heard several servers mention that they were out of honey mustard. Like, who is running this place? And sadly, when we finally got our food. My plate was dirty."
"Came in from out of town, no one was at the front stand. Took multiple attempts to figure out where/how to order to go food. Ordered a chopped steak at medium temperature and sides. After 45 mins of waiting [in the designated parking] & an additional call back to the restaurant, I finally received my food. Unfortunately, it was significantly undercooked to the point of being raw (see picture). Couldn't take back as I was traveling and had a deadline to meet. Very dissatisfied."
"Me and my partner really enjoyed this experience. Greeted by hostess with a smile and our server checked in often and had great recommendations. From the appetizers to the food we enjoyed everything. That spinach dip was not like any I’ve had before. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and we had some to take home. Oh yes The mac and cheese was delicious as well."
