"Regret choosing this place for my lunch break. Took long, drive thru person couldn’t hear me, then had to ask for ketchup, sauces and she almost forgot my turnover, when I got back to the office saw she didn’t even put in a napkin, I feel for those who eat in their car and don’t check their bag and ask for condiments. On top of it the food was disgusting, the buffalo wrap was un-edible sauce was oozing out of it, they must have pored half a bottle in it, chicken was cold, fries were cold, soda had no flavor, can it get any worse? paid $14 No matter if it’s a sit down restaurant, cheap or pricey or fast food here in Columbus the service is awful!"

"Cashier was nice food could be better fries always cold I'd go back those new subs suck they are nothing but bread and tasteless we got the meats my azz yeah if you pay extra"

"Most of the city was shutdown so we went to Arby's. The staff was very friendly, but the food was not good. The fries were 4+ hours old, and they forgot part of our order. When we went back we still didn't get the the full amount of mac bites because they were just pulling whatever was cooked. I wish the food matched the people, but sadly it didn't."

"The Arby's downtown on Veterans Parkway is one of the better Arby's in town in my opinion. It's a pretty good choice for lunch when you want something different than the norm and have a few extra bucks to spend. If they don't have 2 for $7 beef and cheddars, I don't waste my time, unless it's for a a Gyro or a Reuben"
