"The IHOP at 4276 LaVista Rd is great. Innocent and Jada are really good at what they do. They greeted Diners, smiled, check to see that everything was good. They are polite and courteous. The food was hot and to order.Come see for yourself."

"12-27-18 - Decided to go to the IHOP where I first took my oldest child, since I was in the area and wanted breakfast not lunch. People came and went, and was able get in and seated at a booth. Restaurant was clean, and the servers were helpful to all. Took a minute, but order was taken, since for me doesn't change. Had the breakfast sampler. Swapped out the pork sausage with turkey sausage, and asked for the Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes on a platter after I finished the rest of the order, instead of the regular pancakes, they're better to me and they would be hot and fresh. My wife had the breakfast sampler and swapped out the ham for bacon. She kept her pancakes on a small plate, but had to have them reheated since they came out warm. Our server was good, and the food came out in a timely manner. Our server brought her out some fresh pancakes. When mine came out one wasn't fully round like the other one, but they were hot and always use the Butter Pecan syrup, which you will not find at other chains. The short order cooks were busy, and got the food out. Glad I stopped back in, and our server knew when to check on us."
