"This place gets one start because it’s impossible to leave zero stars. Staff was extremely rude in the drive thru. The one who took our money only spoke to say our total at the window, and the two separate people who handed us our food did not say a single word to us, then rolled their eyes when told to have a nice day. Upon driving off, we found the food was cold & disgusting, and we literally only had one napkin in the bag to split between the two meals ordered…"
"Chantelle is a horrible manager!!! Her rude comments/customer service and lack of accountability for her team should NOT BE TOLERATED! They need to get it together when sending out DoorDash orders!!! I keep missing food with my meal. They provided me with more jelly/sugar than they did my food. I received no hash browns with all my meals and my drinks weren’t right. Instead of giving me the apples/raisins that come with my oatmeal they gave me a cup full of sugar packets. SMH…NO!!! My bag is basically full of sugar and jelly!!! When I talked to Chantel about them always making my orders wrong her response was “ I don’t have nun too do with that you need to speak to DoorDash.” She also said “We don’t know what’s in the orders because we only see it 3 minutes before it gets picked up and we only see a number not the name.“ The order number is to accommodate my name so that was a horrible excuse to me. My order should still be right regardless because what is in my order is ON THE SAME RECEIPT WITH THE NUMBER ON IT!!! DoorDash did not tamper with my food. McDonald’s made my order wrong. Chantel and her team should get it together because it has happened to me at this McDonalds more than once. I have contacted corporate and hopefully they will reach out to them!"

"My coffee was great!!! My 2 burritos were so Dried out that I could only eat the middle. Hashbrown was good. No one asked me to Roundup. Which I did. I gave the service a 2 because she was the only one that did her Job correctly!"
