"Let me tell yall something. I really didnt want to do this review simply because I'm selfish when it comes to good eatin! This isn't just a hidden gem this is a secret location for people to eat like there is no tomorrow. The staff is the greatest! The food is hot delicious and abundant. My wife and I ate leftovers til Tuesday! I was a bit upset I couldn't finish in one sitting! Try it all and you will not be disappointed!"
"A hidden gem and a great place to get some homemade soulfood..it's tucked away off of Hwy 85.. the portion size for the price is great! Everything was seasoned well...my son had the fried chicken & said it was flavorful & fried just how he likes. The employees were friendly & the line moved fast. It's small on the inside but would definitely recommend them over waiting in a drive thru line around the corner...Overall, we will definitely be back."
"This soul food really hit the spot!! I got smothered chicken with potatoes, mac n cheese, candied yams and corn bread…all for $9. Everything was really yummy, I finished all but the bones. It’s also very filling! I will definitely visit again to try other items. There is an inside dining area which is currently open and a few seats outside as well."
