McDonald's 7480 Old National Highway, Riverdale, GA 30296

"As always, I order everything on apps because I just like to be able to pull up, get my order and go. All I ordered was a large iced coffee with caramel, cream, and chocolate. Get there and the lady said it was canceled, okay cool I asked if I could just order at the window cause I only wanted coffee. She said yes and took my order, scanned my app and sent me to the next window. The girl at the pick up window made my coffee. It literally was on the screen and ticket what I wanted in my coffee and this girl handed me a damn cup of chocolate coffee with no ice. I took one sip and threw it out the window, I’m tired of patronizing McDonald’s and the workers can’t even get simple orders correct. I have had bad experiences in McDonalds in Atlanta, Savannah, Duluth, Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Fl, etc. this company in general is greedy and don’t care that money is being taken but customers aren’t getting what they pay for. I think it’s safe to say I’m just done giving them my money. That’s why I go to Starbucks cause I don’t have problems there but Starbucks isn’t 24 hours like most McDonald’s……oh well"

"Saturday, Feb 10, 2024, 8:35pm. Worst McDonalds manager in which I have ever spoken. Ms. Pattys' management is atrocious and her leadership and example for the employees is even worse. My wife ordered using McDonald's app. Ten minutes after I arrived to pick up the order I was told by her that the order was not made. I asked why. She said that the phone that placed the order must be present for the order to be made. I had never heard this before. I asked if I can just place the order now? She took the order. I conversed with her. (Keep in mind, the online order was paid for and I had a screenshot with the order receipt. The app says that the order is processed as soon as payment is received). I asked, "What convenience is there to use the app if the order is not started until the phone is present in the store?" Ms. Patty says, "That is how McDonalds does it! Welcome to McDonalds( in a condescending voice and turns to walk away). I informed her that I will make a review on Google about this experience. She immediately got upset, turned around to return to the register, retrieved $12 and slammed it down on the counter and said, "McDonalds does not want your business", and walked away. I was shocked. I called to her, "Ms. Patty, you are not going to make my order because I said I was going to give your store a bad review?" Aren't managers trained in customer service? I think this manager missed those classes. This is my last review of this McDonald's. If you choose to come here don't say you were not warned. I wish I could say she was the only problem at this location but day or night this location has problems. Funny thing is, I had stopped patronizing this store months ago. Only came because wifey placed her order here. Never again!!!"

"I went to pick up an Uber eats order. No professionalism at all. No one had a clear idea of who was doing what. No concern whatsoever. Just canceled the pickup for the next person.... it saddens me to see how this country operates. #hellinahandbasket"

"Slow service, but the food is good. They got my order right every time I went, the only thing is it is NOT FAST at all. If you don’t mind waiting then it’s good. My food was usually always fresh and hot. The lady who gave me my food was also very nice."
