"I ordered 2 pizzas online for carry-out. My order looked fine until the first bite, I pulled out a LONG strand of HAIR!!!! I have called at least 6 times to speak to the manager, and no one answers. Horrible!!!! (When I pulled up to pick up my order, there were 4 young men outside sweeping and smoking within 3 feet of each other. Why are 4 people needed to sweep all at once??? One of them came inside to give me my order.) AVOID THIS LOCATION!!"

"If you want to pay for expensive pizza and not receive all your items come here and they don’t address the issue at all. Once they get your order it’s to hell with you literally and they offer piss poor service. Order 80 dollars worth of food and they left out my 2 liter soda. Worst customer service ever!!! I’ll go to papa John’s going forward they don’t leave out items."

"They tend to NOT follow directions OR make your pizza edibly wanting. If it's not sloppily put together. You can DEFINITELY tell whoever the cook is, they DEFINITELY don't want to be there by the look of the pizzas... this one looks better than the last one ordered... not ONLY is it supposed to be light sauce. But they definitely took the cheap route on the cheese"

"They really need to close this location. I called in an online order with a guarantee of 30 minute delivery. After 30 minutes, I called the store and received horrible customer service. After a few attempts to call, I decided to drive to the store location. OMG!!!!! Once I entered the store, I experienced the ghetto attitudes from the white manager and black crew. I knew I was in a place where there is lack of common education and demanded my money back. I’ll never spend my money with this company again due to fact Pizza Hut hires incompetent people to run their business."

"Why did I do this to myself. I already know that this is low vibrational food but my girl had a 50% off discount with Uber eats and for some reason I wanted to try a pizza with no cheese. People don’t realize that the look of the pizza is mostly cheese, unless the company uses a quality marinara sauce and quality bread. That’s how I tell if the pizza is quality by removing the cheese. I also ask for extra marinara sauce and the marinara tasted like a thin ketchup, barbecue sauce. The bread is not quality and the sauce on the pizza is not quality. The meat tasted fine, but I just wasn’t satisfied. In fact, I almost couldn’t keep the pizza down because I knew it was low vibrational. I have to remember they place these stores in the hood food desert to keep us angry and unhealthy and I knew better so it is my fault."
