"Horrible customer service. I ordered online. Online says 16-21 min wait I waited an entire hour was told they were working on my order 3 times. The manager needs basic management training she’s horrible. Employees have smart mouths also. You all should coach and train employees to have better customer service. Will never step foot in this establishment again. Also a place of shouldn’t be playing music with curse words."
"This Wing Stop is HORRIBLE!!!! Every time I've gone they mess up my order!! The loud manager is RUDE!!! She talks out loud so that the waiting customer can hear!! " The wait is 30 minutes, don't stare, that doesn't make your food come out any faster " She needs to wear a hair net with that horrible hair color. The younger female manager is much better!! She should be the head manager!! Customer service is everything!! That's it, I'm done with this location!!!"
"I had a good experience here. Customer service was very good and the food was fresh, especially the wings which were a decent size. My only complaints are that the wings needed a little more seasoning (I could only taste a small amount of lemon pepper) and the fries, although not cold, should’ve been hotter. The restaurant was very clean and organized."
"Can’t get it right, just ask for good service. Cold fries, wings fried to death. We thought we had a good meal but it’s simply not true, they even forgot the blue cheese how could you forget the blue cheese!!!! Unforgivable!!!! Don’t order take out from here, it’s simply not worth it."
