"Showed up at 10:45 AM. The website says they open at 10:00 AM, and the signage on the door says 09:30 AM. Everything was closed, doors were locked, drive thru was non responsive. While driving past the drive thru window, we saw people standing around. This is not the only time we have gotten snubbed and service denied. This is just the latest and most egregious."
"Contrary to what late night hosts want you to think, Arby's is a fantastic fast food franchise. It's not 1984 anymore and the menu isn't just one sandwich. The deli style sandwiches are fantastic, sides are great, the limited time specials are wonderful. Go to Arby's and order something that isn't a classic roast beef sandwich and prepare to be amazed."
